Taittinger is one of only an handful of champagne houses that remains owned and managed by the family name on the label.
The evening will be hosted by Mr Patrick McGarth who will entertain you before each course with a vivid description of each champagne.
The menu has been created by Head Chef Jonathan O’Keeffe who has devised each dish to complement the flavours of the accompanying champagnes.
