Sherry has a somewhat mis-understood reputation, whereas in fact is perfect all year round and goes perfectly with food.
Gonzalez Byass is one of the largest sherry houses and their Bogeda contains over 22,ooo casks of sherry.
This evening we are matching a selection chosen by David Hayward with the menu and hoping to convert you!
