Buccleuch Beef
The Buccleuch family have been rearing cattle in Scotland for generations and now produce in our opinion the finest beef in the country.
All their cattle are traditionally reared, grass fed and quality assured.
The beef is matured for a minimum of 21days to develop the unique flavour and succulence for which it is famous.
Buccleuch brothers then take over using traditional skills to ensure that all cuts are expertly prepared.
Each cut of their premuim quiality beef is fully traceable from the farm where the cattle were born to you dinner table.
