With previous experience in g good quality kitchen essential, you will understand what it takes to deliver consistent quality and detail and how to motivate a growing team.
The emphasis is seasonal British Food with menus that have intelligence and great flavour.Â You will have the responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen, help with menu planning and directing preparation of food.
We are looking for an energeticÂ team player who wishes to deliver the best possible standard to our guests.
